Self-serve customers can cancel future renewals through the Stripe customer portal or another method provided by SourceFlag. Cancellation generally stops future renewal charges and access continues through the end of the paid term.

Larger packages, long drafts, deep reviews, and Agent runs use more. Included usage resets monthly and unused usage does not roll over.

Are there long-term commitments?

Monthly plans are available for flexibility. Annual plans provide the clearest value path and are priced lower than month-to-month. Final renewal and cancellation details are governed by the checkout or order terms.

What are AI usage packs for?

Use prepaid AI usage packs when a larger package, heavy Ask usage, repeated drafting/review runs, final reviews, or Agent work exceed your included monthly access. Packs are cycle-bound and expire at the end of the billing cycle.
