AI usage policy

Included AI balances reset monthly. Unused included tokens and token-pack balances expire at the end of the billing cycle and do not roll over.

Top-up packs

Token Pack 1 is $49 for 1.0M input and 0.2M output tokens. Token Pack 2 is $129 for 3.0M input and 0.6M output tokens. Packs are cycle-bound.

Onboarding add-on

Optional onboarding is $500-$1,500 one time, depending on workspace setup, import help, process setup, training, and launch support needs.
