Product and account support

For dashboard access, workspace setup, billing portal access, failed checkout, or product questions, email support with the account email and workspace name.

Billing questions

For subscription, renewal, cancellation, invoice, or payment questions, contact support. Self-serve billing is handled through Stripe where available.

For access, deletion, correction, or privacy questions, email privacy. We may need to verify your identity and account authority before processing requests.

Prohibited uploads or security concerns
